This quote represents why Mr. Swensen conceived and birthed Full House Construction in 1999. He was frustrated while observing other home builders and contractors not caring about their customer’s feelings or investments in their construction projects.

Mr. Swensen spent his whole life in the construction business. His father spent most of his life as a contractor and taught Doug valuable lessons on being honest and doing a good job, with full integrity. The tried and true saying "What Goes Around, Comes Around" is so true and Doug has seen it in his own business. Mr. Swensen believes and has observed that when you take care of the customer, the customer will take care of you.
