Q: How much will it cost?
A: It is very hard to give a cost without a set of plans and ideas to cost out. Everybody has diffrent taste. Some have Champane taste with beer budget and others have Champane taste with money to back it.

Q: How long will it take?
A: It depends on several factors. Weather can cause delays. "The might as wells" can cause delays. If we do that, We might as well add this!! That can change the scheduling of sub contractors to material avalability to inspections. Delays are almost unavoidable.

Q: Are you licensed & insured?
A: We carry a Utah class B-100 General Contractors license. And yes we carry Utah State required liability insurance. Are crews are covered with Utah Workers Comp. also.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Full House Construction started in the Spring of 1999

Q: Do we recieve lien releases at the completion of the job?
A: Yes, we mail you the releases after the job is completed and paid in full as per contract signed.

Q: What saftey issues do you consider when leaving the job at the end of the day?
A: We do our best to pick up and sweep the job every night. We realize you have to live in the house when there is destruction & construction going on. It is to our benifit to keep the job clean so that no body will be injured so that our Liability Insurance will remain at a resonable rate.
